Brief History

Harshad Gandhi, promoter of the company started a Share Broking Business at BSE ( Bombay Stock Exchange ) in the year 1985 as a proprietary firm which eventually got converted into a company named Harshad H Gandhi Sec Pvt ltd in the year 1997. This company was pursuing propriety and clientele business until 2014, when it was decided to continue with only propriety business . So the company decided to continue business with other Brokers.However equity research and distribution of equity mutual funds and debt products is now undertaken by his son Mr. Jayesh Gandhi at his own firm mygoalmyplan.

Mr. Harshad Gandhi is the Promoter and CMD of the company, qualified BA with Economics having more than 40 years of splendid experience in Capital Market. He has a deep insight of the trend and cycles in stock market.

Mr. Jayesh Gandhi

Mr. Jayesh Gandhi is the Director of the firm, qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAI having more than 15 years of rich experience in Capital Market. He has good understanding of various financial products and passion in equity research. He is instrumental in deciding on various strategies and capital allocation in the propriety trades and investments for company.

Mrs. Kamini Jayesh Gandhi

Mrs. Kamini Jayesh Gandhi is a Director of the firm, qualified Bachelor of Commerce having rich experience of over 10 years . Her knowledge on technical analysis helps the company in strategizing trades.
