Brief History

HARSHAD H GANDHI SECURITIES PVT LTD traces its roots back to 1985, when the founder HARSHAD GANDHI established a proprietary share broking business at the Bombay Stock Exchange. Corporatized in 1997, the firm successfully ran both proprietary and client- facing brokerage operations for nearly 2 decades. In 2014, the company pivoted to focus solely on proprietary business, executing trades externally through other Share Brokers. Today, the family's client-centric financial legacy lives on through JAYESH GANDHI-Son of the founder- who manages the mutual fund distribution business under his firm mygoalmyplan. He is also instrumental in steering equity research and optimizing capital allocation to drive the company's growth.

Mr. Jayesh Gandhi is the Director of the firm, qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAI having more than 15 years of rich experience in Capital Market. He has good understanding of various financial products and passion in equity research. He is instrumental in deciding on various strategies and capital allocation in the propriety trades and investments for company.

Mrs. Kamini Jayesh Gandhi

Mrs. Kamini Jayesh Gandhi is a Director of the firm, qualified Bachelor of Commerce having rich experience of over 10 years . Her knowledge on technical analysis helps the company in strategizing trades.
